1. Registration and Login
- A one-time registration fee of ₹500 is mandatory upon app login.
- Access to the app's features requires payment completion.
- The fee is non-refundable even if the user does not participate actively.
2. Business Model
This platform operates under a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)-based system. Income is earned through user referrals and review-related tasks.
3. Referral Requirement
- Users must add at least 5 new members to start earning.
- Referral earnings depend on the activity of referred users.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Once the fee is paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Inactive users or users who don’t refer others will not be eligible for income or refunds.
5. Data Privacy
We ensure that your personal data is secure and will not be shared with any third party, unless required by law.
6. Changes to Terms
Only the Company Owner and the Company CEO have the authority to change these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated through the app or official communication channels.
7. Legal Compliance
Users are responsible for following all regional laws concerning MLM businesses. The company is not liable for misuse or non-compliance by users.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms.
